Response to Counter-Notification

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not provide notice that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the subscriber from engaging in infringing activity, we may restore the removed material within 10 to 14 business days.
